Dawn's Details: The theme of this book is the contrast between traditional and digital art styles. That's why the front of the book (the butterflies) is digitally colored, while the back side (the moths) is done with markers, pencils, and gouache.
This book contains work-in-progress images, sketches, and final line art, along with digitally-colored published covers.
Aside from published industry work, I also show and explain some of my Copic Marker process, the colors I used for various commissions, and basic overall technique.
